Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American who was born and raised in El Paso. Her family comes from one that has entertainment genes. From the time she was a kid, she grew up around hosts of TV shows like her sibling, Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! (1997)) and family musician and singers. Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE) one of the largest electric utilities across the nation. One of the top priorities for SCE is employee security, employee safety and business resilience. He oversees the programs and initiatives of SCE. Martinez is able to provide safety executives throughout the entire company mentorship, high-quality programs, and assistance to assist them in reaching the goals for safety for their work group. Before assuming his current role Martinez was the director of Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Prior to that, he served as director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During Martinez's 30 years with SCE he held several leadership roles in the corrective action programs as well as performance improvement which included positions at the Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
